Philosophy

Our firm is distinguished by our focus on what the client needs.

Our philosophy recognizes this fact and our services are designed to deliver results. 

When we meet to discuss how we operate, we talk about value delivered to our clients through our beliefs:

  • Lawyers are service providers and we need to adapt our services to match each client’s needs and desires.
  • Excellence in our work is expected and our clients want results.
  • Litigation is an expensive proposition and we do not expect clients to spend money on litigation strategies which only minimally advance a case.
  • Clients want continuity among their professionals and we do not staff cases with partners or associates our clients do not know.
  • We reject pyramid leveraging and believe our clients want the value of more experienced lawyers.
  • Litigation is not the be all and end all for businesses; we try to resolve every case we take at the preliminary stages.
  • Litigation is unpredictable and that is frustrating. We prepare budgets and case assessments for each case we handle, large or small.
  • We look for new ways to be creative, strategic thinkers and to handle and resolve problems for our clients.
