| | Experience: | Before joining Butler Rubin in 2008, Joelle was a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Jenner & Block, where she worked as a member of the Litigation Department and Arbitration practice group. She also participated in their pro bono program. Her experience includes representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including securities fraud litigation, products liability, diverse contract disputes, and bankruptcy-related litigation. She has experience in domestic and international arbitrations at all stages, including arbitration hearings and post-hearing actions to vacate and confirm arbitration awards. |
