David Winters and Andrew Foreman Invited to Speak at CBA Practice Management and Technology Meeting

CHICAGO, June 8, 2017 – Butler Rubin partner David Winters and associate Andrew Foreman will be speaking at the Chicago Bar Association’s Law Practice Management and Technology Committee meeting on Thursday, June 15, 2017. Their topic is “Vendors and Information Security.”

Winters is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice on complex business litigation, including reinsurance and healthcare disputes. In 2016, Winters received the CIPP/US designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), indicating that he is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. private-sector. CIPP certification is the global standard for privacy laws and regulation.

Foreman concentrates his practice in a wide range of general commercial and civil litigation proceedings.

Formed in 1980, Chicago-based Butler Rubin assists clients nationally and internationally in complex business disputes, including antitrust law, class actions, defense of corporate directors and officers, labor and employment law, reinsurance, insurance, healthcare litigation, and insolvency.
