Teresa Snider Named Among Most Influential Women in Re/Insurance

CHICAGO, September 8, 2017 – Teresa Snider, a partner and member of the Management Committee at the Chicago-based law firm Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd LLP has been named to Intelligent Insurer’s list of the Most Influential Women in Re/Insurance 2017.  This list features female executives excelling in and changing the risk transfer industry.

Snider concentrates her practice in insurance and reinsurance arbitration, litigation, and related insolvency issues. She is a 1992 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, magna cum laude, and joined Butler Rubin in 1994 after a federal district court clerkship.  Snider regularly speaks on insurance and reinsurance industry topics in the U.S. and U.K.

In addition to the Intelligent Insurer’s honor, Snider has been cited for excellence by Chambers USA, Illinois Super Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America and Leading Lawyers, among other accolades. Snider co-chairs Butler Rubin’s annual Women in Reinsurance program.
