Formed in 1980, Chicago-based Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd LLP is a litigation boutique with a national reputation in the core practice areas of reinsurance and complex business litigation, including antitrust, business reorganization and bankruptcy, and products liability and mass tort issues.
Today, the firm works throughout the United States and abroad. From representing clients in international reinsurance disputes in London to acting on behalf of creditors in bankruptcy actions across the country or arguing summary judgment in an antitrust case in U.S. District Court, our practice is diverse and our approach innovative.
