| | Experience: | A commercial litigator for more than 40 years, Frank counsels clients on litigation situations and matters.
He has been involved in hundreds of cases and matters as a private lawyer and served as General Counsel at Beatrice U.S. Food Corporation. At Beatrice, he was responsible for a department of 17 lawyers for that $8 billion food and warehouse company. Following the sale and break-up of Beatrice in 1988, Frank returned to private practice.
He joined Butler Rubin in 1999 and had previously been a lawyer at both Winston & Strawn and Seyfarth Shaw. |
| | Representative Matters: | Successfully argued before the Illinois Supreme Court the first case in Illinois to establish the right of contribution among joint tortfeasers (which decision the Illinois legislature subsequently codified by statute).
